You can quickly load multiple documents into your DocLocker and create unlimited folders to store, share and manage your documents online.

You can load any file from your computer into your Locker. If you have hard copy documents you want to store in your Locker, simply scan them onto your computer and load into your Locker. It’s really that easy. 

Your information is transferred from your computer onto our secure servers. Once there, it is protected by industry leading encryption and firewalls. But that’s not the only protection you get.

At DocLocker, access to your information is secured by world leading 2 Factor Authentication. 2 Factor Authentication works by using Something You Know and Something You Have:

• Something You Know – your username and password
• Something You Have – your DocKey™

Think of your DocKey™ as an electronic key to your Online Filing Cabinet. It provides you with a constantly changing PIN Number valid for just 30 seconds. In conjunction with your username and password, you can only access your DocLocker with your DocKey™ - your personal key to your documents and files.

So how do you access your information? All you need to do is enter your username and password, then your unique DocKey™ PIN Number, giving you access to your files anytime from anywhere in the world.

With DocLocker you can collaborate online with confidence, sharing files with clients or work colleagues. You simply decide who you want to have access to which documents, files or folders. You provide them with their own DocKey™ with limited access, and you control who sees what. You can track where they’ve been and what they’ve done to any document or file.
