Agent Reseller Program
Our Agent Reseller Program includes partners who wish to refer their clients to our service, without being involved in the sales cycle or administration invoicing.
You can direct your clients to the DocLocker website to learn more about the DocLocker service, and view a free demonstration.
Once a subscription to a DocLocker pricing plan has been chosen, your clients will enter your Agent Reseller ID during the purchase process.
DocLocker will bill your client direct each month for their subscription fees. There’s no paper work or administration for you to complete, and no upfront payment required for your clients DocKeys™ or Licences. Your clients will receive their DocKey™ direct, so there’s no financial obligation or holding of DocKey™ stock required by you.
A substantial and recurring commission will be paid to you for the life of your clients Online Filing Cabinets.
There is no set-up or registration fee to become an Agent Reseller Partner. You will need to own your own DocLocker first to be eligible to become a DocLocker Partner.

Wholesaler Reseller Program
Our Wholesaler Reseller Program includes partners who use DocLocker to add additional services to their client offerings.
We can remove the DocLocker branding from our service and replace it with yours to make your client offering tailored to your business.
In this program you can choose to promote a free demonstration, you could even run free trials of the DocLocker service to your clients at your own discretion.
You would typically purchase Licences in bulk (set-up fees) from DocLocker and create Online Filing Cabinets for your clients. You can create these at any time, allowing you to have them ‘on the go’ if needed.
You will bill your customers privately for their DocLocker subscription fees, giving you the choice of using the DocLocker pricing packages, or creating your own pricing plans to suit your customers needs. We will invoice you at a wholesale rate for each DocLocker you purchase.
There is no set-up or registration fee for the Wholesaler Reseller Program. You will need to own your own DocLocker first to be eligible to become a DocLocker Partner.
