The brief demanded that information created by the firm be securely available to the client 24/7 from anywhere in the world .The firm required a secure channel to be used for the transfer and storage of sensitive documents and for communication purposes with the client. Additionally third party consultants may need access to these documents whereby information would only be shared on a need to know basis.
